Stoneheng Comparison: The intended Druid Festival in 1815 (above) by C. Z. Smith and S.R. Meyrick, English Heritage with Stoneheng Today (below) Located on Salisbury Plain in Wiltshire, England, Stonehenge's outer circular standing stones, approximately 4m high, 2.1m wide and weighing 25 tonnes, are supported by horizontal lintel stones.  This ancient practice, in its current state of disrepair, is positioned to line up with the sunrise during winter.
